	TUITION AND FEES
	The after school program is divided into three trimesters for purposes of registration and payment. Tuition is based on the number of days a week your child attends the after school. Please consult the charts below for detailed information about tuition and fees. In addition to our basic program - KidzKlub and Open Rec, depending on age - we offer a number of special classes.  Only students who are enrolled in the basic program are eligible to register for and attend these classes.  If you would like your child to attend a particular class, s/he must be enrolled in the basic program on the day that class is offered. For students receiving Free/Reduced school lunch, PS 3'til 6 offers a special discount rate. If you receive or plan to receive Free/Reduced lunch, please fill out the Reduced Lunch Verification Form, have the information verified by the PS 3 Administration in the main office, and return it to the after school office to ensure our reduced after school rate.

	PAYMENT SCHEDULE
	Tuition for each trimester is due at registration. Online Registration will be available for the first time this year (2007/08). All major credit cards are accepted. Registration for the first trimester - September through December 2007 - will take place the first week of classes. Everyone is encouraged to register online. Major credit cards accepted. We also accept checks and money orders. We do not accept cash. There is a $35 dollar fee for returned checks. We do not redeposit returned checks. If more than one check is returned, all future payments must be made by money order.

	ENROLLMENT OPTIONS
	REGULAR USER Anyone registered in the basic program – KidzKlub or Open Rec activities depending on age – for at least one weekday during the trimester. Regular Users are allowed to register for and attend special classes. SPECIAL CLASSES Only Regular Users are eligible to register for special classes. If you would like your child to attend a particular class, s/he must be enrolled in the basic program on the day that class is offered. OCCASIONAL USER Someone who is not registered in the basic program but uses the program sporadically. An Occasional User must create an account online (link available on the home page) at the beginning of the school year, and then pay for and use the program on an as-needed per-day basis throughout the year. Occasional Users do not attend special classes – they attend only Kidz Klub or Open-Rec programs, depending on their age. HALF-DAYS Half-Days are days when the school closes at 12noon and the afterschool program functions from 12 – 6pm. This means the after school program offers 3 extra hours in addition to its regular schedule. Everyone interested in using the extended hours provided by the afterschool on half-days, should register and pay for them during the registration period. If your kid is a regular user who normally attends the afterschool on that particular weekday, the charge is 15.00. All others pay 30.00.
